Responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller
- Work closely with clients to locate properties that meet their criteria
- Generate and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using effective written and verbal communication skills
- Calling customers
- Schedule and hold open houses to meet prospects for other properties
- Provide world class customer service to buyers
- Qualify and track all incoming leads throughout dedicated CRM
- Following up with new and past clients
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Real Estate License or willing to get one
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required to apply
- Communicate clearly both written and verbally
- Remains calm and proactive in high pressure situations
- Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels
- Possesses excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for details
- Positive, enthusiastic motivated and solution oriented and a real team player
- Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
- Loves to prospect
- Comfortable on the phones
- Tech savvy
